Mason Creek Utility District has implemented an alert notification system to notify our customers of unusual water supply conditions, district works and/or maintenance events. Should you choose to opt-in to this free service the system will send you an email and/or text message notice(s).

You will receive a text and/or email explaining the issue. The District, however, cannot guarantee that it will be able to provide these notices in every instance.

The alert system was implemented to inform our residents of possible water outages due to emergencies or necessary maintenance projects.

Information needed to sign up:

  • Account Number – this will be your username
  • Meter # (found on your water bill) – this is used to verify your water service account and will be your password
  • Email address – up to 2 email addresses can be entered
  • Home number and/or Cell phone number – up to 2 numbers can be entered
  • Landlines will receive a text-to-speech message.
  • Cellular service provider
